Refund policy

At ROSIE, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day period to request a return authorization. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your return authorization.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect on ROSIE’s part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, so we can quickly address and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
